Café Café immediately established itself as a Santa Fe dining destination after its grand opening in September 2007. Locals and visitors alike enjoy exceptional Italian-inspired dishes in a relaxed, warm and comfortably elegant trattoria atmosphere. Chef/owners Kirstin Griffin and Donalee Goodbrod create sumptuous seasonal menus to accompany Café Café's signature dishes and time-honored Italian favorites - including Parmesan Herb Breaded Veal Cutlet, Fresh Linguini and Clams and specialty pizzas. Drawing inspiration from seasonal, fresh ingredients and creative preparations, the chefs offer completely homemade gourmet cuisine at moderate prices. Café Café presents an innovative dining experience accompanied by an inspired and affordable beer and wine menu, a knowledgeable and gracious staff, and the warmth and hospitality that insure comfort and enjoyment.

Café Café provides a 50-seat dining room with additional, seasonal alfresco dining. Located at 500 Sandoval Street in downtown Santa Fe, Café Café is within walking distance from all of Santa Fe's top destination neighborhoods, including Santa Fe's historic Plaza, the Guadalupe district and the Railyard. Restaurant parking is convenient and easy in our modest lot or on nearby Read, Sandoval and Manhattan Streets.

Café Café serves lunch Monday-Thursday 11am to 2pm and Friday-Saturday from 11am to 5pm. Dinner is served Monday-Sunday from 5pm until close. Reservations are accepted. Please call Café Café at 505-466-1391 or 505-989-1730.

Atmosphere

The 50-seat dining room offers an open and warm dining atmosphere with understated striped bancos, light wood tables, pale yellow walls, a hammered copper ceiling and copper sconces. The décor reflects and complements the clean, elegant-yet-homey, unpretentious and creative fare. In the true Italian tradition, Café Café celebrates great food and inspired wines in a welcoming 'neighborhood favorite' manner. The smell of good things cooking and baking and the immediate warmth of the skilled staff greet guests. The acoustics are bright and it is not uncommon to see incoming patrons stopping at other tables to chat with friends and neighbors. Café Cafe is both a perfect destination for a superlative multi-course meal with a satisfying, reasonably priced bottle of wine or an early evening pizza dinner with family and friends.
